thinking of getting a ducati monster 620i?
i’m thinking of buying a ducati monster 620i, does anyone know what i should be looking out for that causes trouble on these bikes? and what kind of problems do these bikes suffer from? hoping to get one from 2000-2003 depending on what i can find.

The only thing I’d as is make sure the original owner has receipts showing that they did at least have the valves checked before the 2,000 mile mark.
Other than that, the little Monster is bullet-proof.
For the money, you won’t find a more well-appointed naked bike. From the upside-down forks to the braided steel brake lines, this is a very nice machine for a low sticker price.
Maintenance is more expensive than the Japanese models – count on paying a dealer $500 to $1000 a year for valve adjustment.
