Honda CBR 600R
Aprilia RSV1000
Ducati 749
Buell XB9SX
I’m currently swaying towards the Aprilia?

Yamaha – ok if you’re not over 5′8″ or won’t go more than 5 miles at a time.
Honda – good.Too good.Be a sheep and follow the crowd.
Aprilia – now you’re talking. Proper V-twin grunt.
Ducati – Medium V-twin grunt as long as you’re not after total reliability.
Buell – how to take a water-pump based engine from an agricultural,unreliable,non-cornering bike and make it more agricultural and unreliable.
Basically, for reliability go Japanese,for character go Italian and for neither American.
Stick with the Aprilia plan – best compromise of both qualities.
